Blessed Olf’s enchants got wrong description?
It is actually 100% - made 2 Olfs +10 without single fail.
I think Blessed Olf’s should be 100% actually, but there should be also regular ones much cheaper with some fail chance.

Looks like Olf’s actually 100% right now.
About the olf we made the scrolls really cheap but 66% which should be quite easy to get, especially with the huge PvP reward buffs!
